The purpose of the site www.nuvia.com is to provide information on the NUVIA brand, both to its employees and to any professional or private public wishing to find out about the Group and its achievements (the “users”).
Pursuant to Law no. 2004-801 of August 6, 2004 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, amending Law no. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 on information technology, files and freedoms, the site has been declared to the French data protection agency (Commission Nationale de l’Informatique et des Libertés (CNIL)) under number 2120609.
Use of the site is subject to compliance with the General Conditions of Access and Use detailed below and the laws applicable in France. Anyone accessing the site agrees to comply with these General Conditions of Access and Use.
Soletanche Freyssinet undertakes to ensure to the best of its ability the accuracy and updating of the information disseminated on this site, whose contents it reserves the right to correct, at any time and without notice. However, Soletanche Freyssinet cannot guarantee the accuracy, precision or completeness of the information made available on this site.
