SHOWCASING THE FUTURE OF NUCLEAR: NUVIA TO PLAY PROMINENT ROLE AT NUCLEAR WEEK IN PARLIAMENT 2023

NUVIA to sponsor Nuclear Week in Parliament once again and host key event on Project ARTHUR – Medical Radioisotope Reactor in North Wales.

NUVIA are proud to once again be partner sponsor for Nuclear Week in Parliament, which takes place 11 – 13 September. Nuclear Week in Parliament represents one of the most important dates in the calendar for NUVIA and the wider nuclear industry.

We are also delighted to be hosting our own event during Nuclear Week in Parliament, on Wednesday 13th, which will be a panel discussion on Project ARTHUR – the proposed Medical Radioisotope Reactor facility in North Wales (which NUVIA are currently producing a feasibility study for). As well as being an exciting opportunity for NUVIA, the creation of a proposed Medical Radioisotope Reactor facility represents an important milestone for both Healthcare and the North Wales economy.

Amongst the panel, Liz Saville-Roberts, MP for Dwyfor Meironnydd, will be present fielding questions from the audience, as will Ziad Ben El Kadhi, Director of Healthcare for NUVIA. The panel discussion will be chaired by Paul Howarth, CEO of National Nuclear Laboratory.

Tom Jones, CEO of Nuvia, commented “I’m proud that NUVIA are partner sponsor for Nuclear Week in Parliament in September and delighted that we are also hosting our own event on Project ARTHUR, which will be a fantastic opportunity to discuss what this exciting project means for healthcare, the North Wales economy and the nuclear industry going forwards. I really look forward to attending.”

Our panel discussion event will take place on Wednesday 13th September (17:00 – 18:30) in the Houses of Parliament. If you are interested in attending, please contact us using the link below. We have limited spaces available so please act soon to avoid disappointment.
