NUVIA CZ welcomed Nuclear Energy Master’s students from Brno University of Technology to its Třebíč headquarters for a hands-on introduction to radiation protection and measurement systems.

We welcomed students from the Nuclear Energy Master’s programme at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Communication Technologies at Brno University of Technology to our NUVIA CZ headquarters in Třebíč. Following on from their previous visit to our detector technology division in Kralupy nad Vltavou, the students gained further insight into the activities of NUVIA.

During the programme, we introduced the students to key areas of our radiation protection and measurement systems work. The meeting included:

  • an introduction to NUVIA and our main activities;
  • examples of significant completed projects in the field of radiometric systems;
  • a practical presentation of the EDUCATION KIT and NuVISION products;
  • a tour of the production facilities, providing an overview of current projects.

This gave the students an idea of how theoretical knowledge is applied in practice, in specific projects within the nuclear sector.
