Prevention

We place health, safety, radiation protection, nuclear safety and environmental stewardship at the core of everything we do. LEADERSHIP

Our leaders lead by example – engaged, fair, and present in the field. They actively support teams and strengthen our safety culture through visible and consistent involvement.

PREVENTION

We integrate safety into every aspect of our daily work. Across all levels of the organization, we rigorously apply Human Performance tools and promote safe behaviors. We proactively identify high-risk situations and High Potential Events (HIPOs), address root causes, and share lessons learned. We foster a culture of open, constructive communication and promote best practices across all teams.

ONBOARDING

Welcoming and empowering new employees is a top priority – especially during this pivotal phase of growth in the nuclear industry. Our safety and performance goals are achieved through strong collaboration with our clients at every stage of our projects.

All these commitments are reflected in the continued recognition our entities receive year after year – like for instance the 28 consecutive Gold Awards from the Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents (RoSPA) in the UK.

Diversity & Inclusion

We are proud to partner with organizations such as Elles Bougent and WiN (Women in Nuclear) to promote gender diversity and inclusion within the nuclear industry. Through our collaboration with Elles Bougent, we engage in initiatives like the “Semaine de l’Industrie,” where we host events such as escape games simulating nuclear plant environments, providing young women with hands-on experiences and insights into the industry. Additionally, our partnership with WiN France allows our employees to participate in events like the Fem’Energia Prize, mentorship programs, and job fairs, all aimed at inspiring and empowering women in the nuclear sector. We also participate in other WiN local events in UK, Middle East etc.

We are also committed to increasing our female representation in management roles and promoting diversity of thought by encouraging individuals from various backgrounds to join NUVIA. Through initiatives such as the Mentoring Program within VINCI Construction, we provide guidance and support to women employees, helping them navigate their career paths and reach their full potential.

Careers & trainings

We take a long-term view of our relationship with our people, offering both professional and personal development opportunities.

One example, our Graduate Program, “OPEN CAREER,” is designed to allow recent graduates to explore the full range of our professions and activities. Through an 18-month integration program, immersed in our various entities, we offer the opportunity to “test” different roles within the fields of Services, Projects, and/or Products.
