NUVIA is reinforcing its fire engineering capabilities to support the safety and resilience of critical nuclear facilities.

This capability, led by our entity Millennium, is built on two key areas:

  • Fire Risk Control Studies (EMRI), which analyze plausible fire scenarios, assess their potential impact on safety-related equipment, and define the technical and organizational measures required to effectively manage these risks.
  • Structural Fire Resistance Studies (ESF), which aim to verify the behavior of structures exposed to fire, ensuring that load-bearing elements maintain their mechanical functions for the duration needed to control the event.

Thanks to this dual expertise, we support several major players in the nuclear and defense sectors, including CEA, ITER, TechnicAtome, the French Defence Infrastructure Service, and many others.

Our goal: to provide operators and project owners with rigorous technical analysis, ensuring the robustness of facilities and the long-term protection of safety-critical functions and overall resilience.

At NUVIA, we firmly believe that effective fire risk management is a cornerstone of industrial performance and safety and we are proud to further strengthen this capability in service of our clients.
