We are proud to announce the acquisition of Marsein, a leading player in nuclear services and maintenance in Spain.

Since its creation, MARSEIN has played a key role in the development of the Spanish nuclear fleet. Today, the company provides maintenance for several facilities, such as the Vandellós II and Ascó nuclear power plants, and has also participated in the first reactor dismantling operations in Spain at the Vandellós I, José Cabrera – Zorita, and Santa María de Garoña plants.
This acquisition marks a major milestone in NUVIA’s international growth. By joining forces with MARSEIN, we strengthen our presence worldwide, in 17 countries, and combine their proven know-how with NUVIA’s technological expertise to deliver even greater value to our clients.
