NUVIA has completed a new NUVIATech Automation project for Teleflex in the Czech Republic
We are proud to announce that NUVIA has successfully designed and delivered a semi automated packaging line for Teleflex, a global provider of medical technologies, supporting their production of catheters used in operating rooms.
This state of the art line has been engineered to meet high performance and high flexibility requirements:
- 5 second machine cycle time per piece
- Ability to handle more than 100 packaging configurations
- A constant tray design with varying input components
- Automated tray separation from the stack
- Four camera guided robots ensuring precise loading of each tray
- Stepping conveyors efficiently moving blisters through the process
- Integrated scale control to verify component presence and guarantee quality
