Within the Nuclear Services business area, we offer a comprehensive range of services designed to meet the industry’s strict safety and quality standards — from daily maintenance to complex projects in operations, dismantling, and decommissioning.

We deliver high-quality maintenance and service work with cutting-edge expertise, tailored to the specific demands of nuclear power plants. Our experienced teams manage the entire chain: planning, leadership, execution, and follow-up of maintenance and installation activities. We also perform qualified assembly work on mechanical systems, including valve servicing, reactor services, containment work, and installation of mechanical components.

NUVIA also executes extensive outage and turnaround work at nuclear power plants, providing resources, planning, and technical execution across multiple disciplines during these critical periods.

In the field of radiation protection, we are the largest supplier of services in Northern Europe. We provide radiation protection technicians in categories A, B, and C, as well as specialists and technical services. We operate clearance (free release) facilities, perform radiological surveys and calculations, and handle logistics and transport documentation. In addition, we offer internal training of radiation protection technicians, ensuring continuous competence development and capacity.

Our services also include support for critical functions such as Foreign Material Exclusion (FME), where we lead and assist in minimizing risks during work in sensitive environments.

NUVIA has extensive experience working with major industry players such as Vattenfall, Uniper, Fortum, Cyclife, and EDF. We are currently in a strong growth phase and are leading our largest decommissioning project to date: the dismantling of Ringhals 1 & 2 in Varberg, which will continue for several years ahead.
