SAIT Sud-Ouest is a company specialized in thermal insulation works, access solutions, electrical tracing, and containment solutions using heat-shrink film.

Since its creation in 2014, the company has been supporting industrial and construction stakeholders in delivering projects with high technical and safety constraints, primarily in the South-West of France, as well as across the entire national territory and overseas.

Lagging / Thermal Insulation

Historically positioned in thermal insulation, SAIT Sud-Ouest operates on all types of projects involving hot, cold, and mixed services, both in industrial and building sectors.

Its teams deliver insulation services aimed at:

  • Improving energy performance,
  • Securing installations,
  • Ensuring the durability of equipment.

These activities cover a wide range of industrial sectors such as chemicals, petrochemicals, paper mills, agri-food, and aeronautics, as well as the tertiary sector (hospitals, universities, biomass boiler plants, etc.).

Electrical tracing

In close collaboration with specialized engineering offices, SAIT Sud-Ouest designs and implements electrical tracing systems intended for:

  • Freeze protection,
  • Temperature maintenance of networks and equipment.

Thanks to established partnerships with leading heating cable suppliers, the company is able to provide solutions tailored to clients’ industrial and regulatory requirements.

Scaffolding & Access Solutions

SAIT Sud-Ouest offers a turnkey service for the assembly, dismantling, and rental of scaffolding, ranging from the simplest to the most complex structures.

Relying on its engineering office, the company provides:

  • Technical studies,
  • Layout drawings,
  • Calculation notes in compliance with current regulations.

Each scaffolding installation is systematically inspected to ensure compliance and the safety of personnel on site.

Shrink-Film Containment

SAIT Sud-Ouest has developed recognized expertise in the implementation of shrink films, particularly on sites involving:

  • Asbestos removal,
  • Lead treatment,
  • Work in confined environments.

These solutions create sealed and secure enclosures, providing improved working conditions thanks to their mechanical strength, durability, and transparency, which allows natural light to pass through.

SAIT Sud-Ouest operates on maintenance, new construction, and renovation projects for leading industrial and institutional clients, particularly in the following sectors:
