S pot\u011b\u0161en\u00edm oznamujeme, \u017ee leto\u0161n\u00edm v\u00edt\u011bzem sout\u011b\u017ee Podpora ED&I v in\u017een\u00fdrsk\u00e9m stavitelstv\u00ed se stala spole\u010dnost Nuvia Ltd.<\/p>\n

V posledn\u00edch dvou letech spole\u010dnost Nuvia UK u\u010dinila zna\u010dn\u00e9 kroky ke zlep\u0161en\u00ed inkluzivity a rozmanitosti. Spole\u010dnost Nuvia UK si byla v\u011bdoma, \u017ee prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm sv\u00e9 strategie ED&I u\u010dinila n\u011bkter\u00e1 pozitivn\u00ed opat\u0159en\u00ed a pokroky sm\u011brem k vedouc\u00ed pozici v oblasti in\u017een\u00fdrstv\u00ed a stavebnictv\u00ed. <\/p>\n

Pro spole\u010dnost Nuvia UK je to \u00fa\u017easn\u00fd \u00fasp\u011bch, kter\u00fd je d\u016fkazem tvrd\u00e9 pr\u00e1ce a odhodl\u00e1n\u00ed mistr\u016f ED&I, kte\u0159\u00ed se sna\u017e\u00ed o za\u010dlen\u011bn\u00ed a podporu ED&I do sv\u00e9 kultury. Spole\u010dnost Nuvia UK pracovala na n\u011bkolika iniciativ\u00e1ch, kter\u00e9 podpo\u0159ily jej\u00ed v\u00fdb\u011br jako v\u00edt\u011bze sout\u011b\u017ee „Podpora ED&I ve stroj\u00edrenstv\u00ed a stavebnictv\u00ed“. <\/p>\n

Spole\u010dnost Nuvia UK vytvo\u0159ila pracovn\u00ed skupinu pro rovnost, diverzitu a inkluzi (ED&IWG), kter\u00e1 umo\u017enila spolupr\u00e1ci a nad\u0161en\u00e9 zp\u016fsoby my\u0161len\u00ed v oblasti ED&I. V\u00fdsledkem \u010dinnosti pracovn\u00ed skupiny ED&IWG bylo zaveden\u00ed z\u00e1sad p\u0159\u00e1tel\u0161t\u011bj\u0161\u00edch k rodin\u00e1m a v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed agilita spole\u010dnosti. Strukturovali \u010dinnosti pracovn\u00ed skupiny ED&IWG tak, aby vytv\u00e1\u0159eli c\u00edle ED&I, kter\u00e9 podpo\u0159\u00ed a povedou ke zm\u011bn\u011b inkluzivn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed kultury na pracovi\u0161ti. Mezi tyto c\u00edle pat\u0159\u00ed: <\/p>\n

Inkluzivn\u00ed kultura – kde maj\u00ed lid\u00e9 pocit, \u017ee mohou do pr\u00e1ce p\u0159in\u00e9st cel\u00e9 sv\u00e9 j\u00e1.<\/p>\n

ED&I v komunika\u010dn\u00ed agend\u011b – podpora otev\u0159en\u00e9ho dialogu o t\u00e9matech souvisej\u00edc\u00edch s ED&I.<\/p>\n

Inkluzivn\u00ed centrum – prominentn\u00ed oblast na hlavn\u00ed str\u00e1nce na\u0161eho intranetu s komunikac\u00ed a informacemi EDI.<\/p>\n

F\u00f3ra ED&I – poskytuj\u00ed p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitosti k diskusi o aktu\u00e1ln\u00edch t\u00e9matech ED&I, v\u00fdm\u011bn\u011b znalost\u00ed, sd\u00edlen\u00ed, prezentaci osv\u011bd\u010den\u00fdch postup\u016f a umo\u017e\u0148uj\u00ed zp\u011btnou vazbu.<\/p>\n

Vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed v oblasti ED&I – \u0161kolen\u00ed vedouc\u00edch pracovn\u00edk\u016f v oblasti ED&I a e-learning povinn\u00e9 pro v\u0161echny zam\u011bstnance.<\/p>\n

Speed Mentoring – rozvoj koleg\u016f z nedostate\u010dn\u011b zastoupen\u00fdch skupin a u\u010den\u00ed se z moudrosti r\u016fzn\u00fdch koleg\u016f.<\/p>\n

Spole\u010dnost Nuvia UK d\u00e1le pracovala na n\u00e1boru zam\u011bstnanc\u016f, v\u010detn\u011b revize genderov\u011b neobjektivn\u00edch formulac\u00ed v popisech pracovn\u00edch m\u00edst a inzer\u00e1tech. Spole\u010dnost Nuvia UK aktivn\u011b pracuje na v\u0161ech v\u00fd\u0161e uveden\u00fdch iniciativ\u00e1ch a m\u00e1 plnou podporu sv\u00e9 spr\u00e1vn\u00ed rady. <\/p>\n

Spole\u010dnost Nuvia UK zlep\u0161ila zastoupen\u00ed \u017een a mu\u017e\u016f z 22 % na 25 %, \u010d\u00edm\u017e splnila c\u00edl dohody pro jadern\u00fd sektor do roku 2020 a d\u00e1le usiluje o dosa\u017een\u00ed c\u00edle 40 % \u017een v jadern\u00e9 energetice do roku 2030.<\/p>\n

D\u00edky intenzivn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed komunikaci v podniku Nuvia UK za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 pozorovat, \u017ee kolegov\u00e9 za\u010d\u00ednaj\u00ed v\u00e9st rozhovory t\u00fdkaj\u00edc\u00ed se ED&I. Iniciativy se setkaly s pozitivn\u00ed zp\u011btnou vazbou, \u017ee se zam\u011bstnanc\u016fm i liniov\u00fdm mana\u017eer\u016fm velmi l\u00edbily a \u017ee se z nich pou\u010dili. <\/p>\n

Ve spole\u010dnosti Nuvia UK jsou velmi hrd\u00ed na sv\u00e9 \u00fasil\u00ed v oblasti ED&I a n\u00e1sledn\u011b v jadern\u00e9m sektoru. Spole\u010dnost Nuvia UK podporuje rozmanit\u00e9 a inkluzivn\u00ed pracovn\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed, kde jsou zam\u011bstnanci oce\u0148ov\u00e1ni pro sv\u00e9 odli\u0161nosti a maj\u00ed mo\u017enost usp\u011bt. Spole\u010dnost Nuvia UK se t\u011b\u0161\u00ed na dal\u0161\u00ed iniciativy v oblasti ED&I a na dal\u0161\u00ed spolupr\u00e1ci se skupinou Vinci a na to, jak\u00fd dopad m\u016f\u017eeme m\u00edt v\u0161ichni v oblasti ED&I v \u0161ir\u0161\u00ed ekonomice. <\/p>\n
